Free access to information and culture: between freedom of expression and commercial interest
on Monday and Tuesday, 26 and 27 May 2014 in the Faculty of Law, « Constantin Stoicescu » Hall, Bd. M. Kogălniceanu, 36-46, sect. 5, cod 050107, Bucharest, Romania.
The conference had as objective to discuss the problematic appearing in the process of (free) creation of content and (fee-based) dissemination of it, in particular with a view to the freedom of expression, pluralism and copyright.
